Deposit Information

Student groups and campus departments have options for preparing and making deposits.  Any deposit questions or changes to current deposit processes should be directed to the Office of Treasury Services, treasury@nd.edu.

1st Source Bank - It is a Treasury Services best practice for departments to personally deliver their deposits to the bank.

Making a deposit is a two part process:

#1 The bank receives the deposit ticket with your checks & cash

Online Deposits

#2 Go to the Financial Toolkit @ insideND to complete the on-line deposit process and apply your deposit to your selected FOAPALs

Deposit Tickets for Faculty/Staff please contact your Business Manager or Treasury Services

'Remote Deposit', 1st Source - Check(s) Only Deposits - no cash/coins

 - delivered to the Controller's Office or Treasury Office - Look up your deposit ID here - Remote Deposit ID# List - if you don't see your department listed please email treasury@nd.edu to be assigned one.
