Visiting Faculty Apartments
The University offers furnished rental apartments located on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. These apartments include Fischer Visiting Faculty apartments and Hesburgh Apartments. The apartments are available to visiting faculty at the University. The visiting faculty apartments are managed by Bradley Company on behalf of the University.
Fischer Visiting Faculty Apartments
All apartments are two-bedroom units and come fully furnished, including bed and bath linens, and a television. The rental fee of $1,410 per month includes utilities, weekly housekeeping service, trash removal, and wireless internet and cable service. A washer and dryer are available in each of the Fischer apartments. Pets are not allowed.
The University has an online application process for the assignment of the Fischer Visiting Faculty Apartments. Please find links to the application form and instructions for completing it below. Determination of assignments to the apartments will be made by the Provost's Office and the Office of Treasury Services based upon the type of visitor, seniority, length of stay, and other criteria.
The application must be completed online by the administrator on behalf of the visitor and submitted with approval by the appropriate Dean's office prior to the submission deadlines below. Additional information will be provided at the time notification of assignments are communicated.

- FALL/Academic Year form availability = early March
- FALL/Academic Year form Submission Deadline = April 7
- FALL/Academic Year Notification of Assignments = April 17

- SPRING Semester form Submission Deadline = October 13
- SPRING Semester Notification of Assignments = October 20

Hesburgh Apartments
The Hesburgh Center Apartments are one or two bedroom apartments, located in Hesburgh Center on campus.
The apartments come fully furnished, including bed and bath linens, and a television. The rental fee of $1,410 per month for a two bedroom apartment or $1,125 for a one bedroom apartment includes utilities, weekly housekeeping service, trash removal, and wireless internet and cable service. The units have a shared laundry facility and residence lounge. Pets are not allowed.
