Insurance Requirements and Indemnification Agreements: Contractors, Vendors or Service Providers

The University of Notre Dame maintains insurance and indemnification requirements for companies performing work or providing services to the University. In order to comply with the requirements, companies should have the agreement signed by an authorized representative of the company. The signed agreement, along with a current certificate of insurance, in compliance with the terms outlined in the agreement, should be scanned to Insurance and Financial Risk Management: or

All work orders must be placed through Procurement Services, the University's AIM (Work Order) System or Facilities Design and Operations.
