The University is interested in purchasing properties located close to campus.

If you own a residential, commercial, or vacant property close to Notre Dame and are considering selling, the University would like the opportunity to discuss the sale with you. If the University buys the property from you directly, before you engage a realtor, there is no broker’s commission resulting in cost savings for you.
