The University owns a portfolio of single-family houses, one to four bedroom units, located close to campus, and offered for rent to faculty and staff employees.

These properties are managed by Bradley Company on behalf of the University. Bradley Company is a diversified real estate firm and is headquartered in South Bend, Indiana, with regional offices throughout northern Indiana and western Michigan.
