University Bank Accounts

The Office of Treasury Services is responsible for opening, closing and maintaining all bank accounts used to conduct University business. 

Requests for new bank accounts must be sent to this department for review. OTS will discuss the purpose of the account and work with you to recommend the financial institution the account will be with, and the bank products and services that should be in place to ensure that funds are appropriately protected and invested. A periodic audit is conducted to identify unauthorized bank accounts. Any accounts deemed inappropriate can be closed by the Office of Treasury Services.
