Insurance Requirements and Indemnification Standards

The University of Notre Dame requires appropriate risk transfer protections, including insurance and indemnification terms, when engaging outside contractors, vendors and service providers.  These requirements are intended to protect the University from financial loss arising from work or services performed for or on behalf of the University.

Procurement Services manages contracts and purchase orders for the University.  To initiate the contract process,  information is available at Procument Services/Contracts.
